Get on Board!
AWC is an all-volunteer organization, led by a Board of Directors. Officers are elected once a year in the late Spring, although new volunteers are always welcome and vacancies sometimes occur during the year.
We encourage our members to take on leadership roles by offering them opportunities to participate in the Board of Directors or special committees. AWC offers a friendly and supportive environment for you to improve on your professional development skills while meeting new friends through networking.
You can also get involved by becoming a mentor through Mentornet.
To help you determine which position might be a good fit for your particular interests or skills, weve listed brief descriptions of each Board position below. All positions are up for grabs!
